We’re happy to announce that today, on the day the iPhone 3g is released, we are also releasing a new version of your iPhone enhanced blog!

There are three major components in this upgrade.

1. The design of your iPhone site is now much more enjoyable for your readers who visit your blog from their iPhone. We’ve changed the entire layout and added some image elements to your RSS feed’s menu page. We now take an image from your blog post and make it into a little thumbnail next to the title for your reader’s to see.
2. Need for speed! 1st generation iPhones that still use AT&T’s EDGE network will see vastly improved load times of your blog. We’ve slimmed it down and made it as quick as possible. Our testing of the EDGE network at different times during the day gave us load time averages below 10 seconds!
3. Last, but not least, advertisements! MoFuse allows you to not only create a mobile version of your blog or website, but we also give you ways to monetize it. We’ve kept ads off of the iPhone version since we launched it in early 2008 because they were breaking the site design. We’ve now integrated advertisements into the iPhone version. So if you’ve got your mobile site setup to display ads they will be shown on your iPhone site!

All mobile sites that you create with MoFuse also have an iPhone version. It’s located at http://yoursiteid.mofuse.mobi/iphone or if you use a custom domain name, http://yourdomainname.com/iphone.
