MoFuse is Android Compatible!

T-Mobile and Google’s G-1 Dream phone, powered by Android, was released yesterday. We got our hands on one of these devices and we’ve got version 1 of your Android mobile site up and running.

To get to the Android version of your mobile site simple add /android/ to the end of your URL. For instance, Read Write Web’s Android site is available at http://m.readwriteweb.com/android/

New Feature: Show a Summary of Your First Post

This is a small update, but it can add an additional element to your mobile site. You can now chose to show a small summary of your first post in your RSS feed on the menu page.

If you’ve already created a mobile site and you want to enable this feature (it’s disabled by default) just login to your MoFuse account, go to your mobile site dashboard and click on the page name on the bottom right.

Then check the checkbox

We think it’s a cool little feature you can easily add to your mobile site that at the same time isn’t overwhelming for those who visit your mobile site on a smaller screen.

And here is how my blog looks on a non-feature phone like the RAZR
